As the business continues to evolve, the organization is seeking a commercially driven Vice President – Commercial Transportation to lead its Americas business. This executive will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, deepening customer partnerships, strengthening operational excellence, and leading the organization's next phase of business transformation.
Position Overview
The Vice President – Commercial Transportation will have end-to-end responsibility for the regional business, encompassing commercial strategy, operational execution, financial performance, customer engagement, and overall business growth.
This executive will lead a complex, matrixed organization and work closely with global leadership to execute long-term growth strategies while ensuring operational excellence across the region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading large, complex businesses within the transportation, industrial technology, or engineered products sectors. The successful individual will bring strong commercial acumen, operational leadership, financial discipline, and experience leading transformation in a global, matrixed environment.
Experience & Capabilities
Proven track record of leading businesses with annual revenues exceeding $800M, with full P&L responsibility and accountability for commercial strategy, financial performance, and operational execution.
Proven commercial leader with a track record of driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and optimizing dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
Extensive leadership experience in the U.S. market, with a deep understanding of its commercial landscape, customer dynamics, and competitive environment.
Demonstrated success leading business transformation, organizational change, and operational excellence, supported by strong financial and execution capabilities.
Experience leading large, matrixed, cross-functional organizations and building high-performing teams with a strong focus on leadership development.
Strategic, customer-centric executive with executive presence, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience growing lifecycle services and aftermarket businesses.
