Karunesh is the founder and CEO of Board Match-Up. He is a Talent and Transformation Expert, Speaker, and Entrepreneur, and Interim CHRO. After a long stint in the corporate world, working in geographies like India, Singapore, Europe, and the USA in Human Resources, Lean Six Sigma, Post Merger Integration, and Culture transformation with companies like GE and RPG Enterprises. He formed Change Et Al. in 2014 to help organizations transform their business successfully. Since then, he has worked with clients globally supporting Business Transformation, HR Transformation, Process Improvements, Design Thinking, and Post Merger Integration projects.

Karunesh completed his master's in human resources, certified as Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at GE, and completed International Director's program and certification in corporate governance at INSEAD.
